Return Policy

At Scott & Julie Vancouver, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly.

Return Conditions

  • A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Ordering products intentionally in multiple sizes with the purpose of partially returning them is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request via support@scottjulievancouver.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier (based in Asia).

  3. The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 12 hours after placing the order.
